What storage earns, and what it claims

Storage in Canada is paid three ways: by cutting what the tariff charges, by earning from a program, and by cutting what the project costs to build.

Program status changes. Everything here is confirmed for the specific project before it enters a business case, and a closed program never appears in one as secured funding.
